שלום רב

בעקבות ה פוסט שלי ב קשר ל מודים במסלול תוקמן - קבלתי את ה פנייה שלכם להעביר את הפרטים שלי כדי ש תבדקו את הדברים , להלן מצורף הפוסט שמספיר את ה מקרה ו הפרטים :

סלקום ממש לא כדאי לקנות מאצלכם מודים

סלקום באמת מבאס לגלוש אתכם !!

בשעה טובה ומצלחת קניתי מודם סלולרי על מנת שאוכל לגלוש באינטרנט בעזרתו.

בעמדת המכירה הציעו לי את מסלול תשלום מראש הידוע כtalkman, מסלול זה התאים לצרכי כך שאוכל לדעת מראש כמה אשלם ובחרתי לבצע את העסקה.

כאשר התחלתי לגלוש לשרתים המספקים תוכן כגון rapidshare , megaupload , zshare ועוד גיליתי כי כתובת הIP ממנה אני גולש חסומה, או עברה את כמות השימוש המותרת אולם זה קורה לפני שאני ביצעתי שימוש כלשהו.

ניסיתי להשתמש בכתובות אחרות באמצעות קבלת כתובת IP אחרת (הוצאה והכנסה של המכשיר נותנת כתובת חדשה),

אולם בכל ניסיון הכתובות היו חסומות, כלומר לא יכולתי להשתמש כלל בשירות.

נתון זה שהכתבות כבר בשימוש ומי ש משתמש בכתובת דינמיות חסום לא נאמר לי ולא הועלה בעת המכירה.

מה שקורה שבכל אתר שאני רוצה להשתמש בו אני חסום ולא יכול להשתמש.

דברתי עם מספר חברים שיש להם מודמים כאלה כבר זמן רב , כששאלתי איך לפתור : אמרו כי הפעייה נפתרה לנו ע"י שינוי בתוך המודם ל: ABN = intereal ו זה בשפה המקצועית אומר "IPקבוע" שמחתי ל פתרון ו נגשתי ל סלקום אחרי 30 דקות המתנה כש מעברים אותי מ נציג ל אחר .

תשובתו של הנציג לבקשה זו - תשמע לפני כשנה אנחנו הפסקנו את השירות של intereal עכשיו יש APN אחר ש דואג ל IP קבוע ו אם אתה רוצה את זה תצרך לשלם על השירות . אבל אההה סליחה אי אפשר לעשות את זה ללקוחות טוקמן כי אתה יכול פעם להטעין פעם לא !!! תשמע אין לנו פתרון בשלך האינטרנט שלנו זה רק ל גלישה ו לא ל אתרי שיתוף קבצים והורדות !!!

אם אתה רוצה להוריד דברים תוריד מ nana או walla

מה !!!!! מגיעה השיחה לידי מנהל שהוא טוען שאת זה אנחנו אומרים ללקוחות לפי הקנייה !!!

(שזה פשוט שקר גס) - אני אבדוק לך מה אפשר לעשות אני לא מבטיח שום דבר כפי שהספיר הנציג מקודם ש התייעץ אתי ללקוחות טוקמן אנחנו לא נותנים IP ידני . אני חוזר לך ביום ראשון

אנחנו סוגרים את המוקד עכשוו !! אני מצדי : זכותי אם אני לא יכול לגלוש איך ש בא לי אז אני רוצה החזר מלא לכספי אני לא יכול לעבוד עם אינטרנט מוגבל , המנהל מצדו : אני לא יכול לעשות את זה ו אני לא מבטיח פתרון !!!!

עם כל הכבוד בשום מקום לא נאמר לי כי המודם אינו מאפשר שימוש ברשת האינטרנט הכללית, גם במסמכים המצורפים אין איזכור, גם בחוזה שחתמתי לא היה איזכור לנושא. על המודם אין איזכור לנושא.

אני מרגיש שחברת סלקום פשוט הונתה אותי על מנת שאני אשלם לה כסף (למרות שלא ניתנה תמורה מלאה לכסף).
