אחרי כול הרעש ש נוצר בימים האחרונים לגבי הביורוקרטיה של סלקום בנושא מגבלות הגלישה , חוזרים אלנו מ פניות הציבור עם תשובה הבאה - נציגה בשם סופי מתקשרת - כפי שהוסבר לכם מקודם אנחנו חוזרים על הדברים . אתם בתור לקוחות טוקמן אינכם זכאים לשרותי כתובת אי פי קבועה מכוון שמסלול זה לא מחויבים ל תשלום חודשי כבוע , לסלקום זה עולה הרבה כסף להחזיק כתובת כבועה ו אנחנו לא מוכנים לספק את זה ללקוח טוקמן למרות בעיות הגלישה ש נוצרו בעקבות העניין הזה . אם זה מבחינת אתרי שיתוף קבצים או בכול אתר אחר ש דורש שרותי פרימיום ובודק אי בי לצורך זיהוי חריגות במספר משתמשים בחשבון . לקוחות ש מעוניינים ב פתרון ל בעיה זו מוזמנים לקחת קוו רגיל עם התחיבות 24 חודשים . ו כאשר הועלה הנושא של אי הסברת הבעיות האלו בעת רכישה . הנציגה טוענת שזה כן מוסבר (שזה בהחלט שקר גס ) ו אפילו במקרה הפרטי שלי שנקנה מוצר מאחד מ דוכני דינמיקה ש יש להם רישיון מסלקום לא נחתם שום חוזה בעניין . הנציגה טוענת שעדין חלים המגבלות ו הזכויות של סלקום (למרות שאלו לא הוצגו בפני ולא חתמתי עליהם). שורה תחתונה לסלקום אין פתרון ל עניין זה , לקוחות ש לא מעוני...

שלום רב בעקבות ה פוסט שלי ב קשר ל מודים במסלול תוקמן - קבלתי את ה פנייה שלכם להעביר את הפרטים שלי כדי ש תבדקו את הדברים , להלן מצורף הפוסט שמספיר את ה מקרה ו הפרטים : סלקום ממש לא כדאי לקנות מאצלכם מוד ים סלקום באמת מבאס לגלוש אתכם !! בשעה טובה ומצלחת קניתי מודם סלולרי על מנת שאוכל לגלוש באינטרנט בעזרתו. בעמדת המכירה הציעו לי את מסלול תשלום מראש הידוע כtalkman, מסלול זה התאים לצרכי כך שאוכל לדעת מראש כמה אשלם ובחרתי לבצע את העסקה. כאשר התחלתי לגלוש לשרתים המספקים תוכן כגון rapidshare , megaupload , zshare ועוד גיליתי כי כתובת הIP ממנה אני גולש חסומה, או עברה את כמות השימוש המותרת אולם זה קורה לפני שאני ביצעתי שימוש כלשהו. ניסיתי להשתמש בכתובות אחרות באמצעות קבלת כתובת IP אחרת (הוצאה והכנסה של המכשיר נותנת כתובת חדשה), אולם בכל ניסיון הכתובות היו חסומות, כלומר לא יכולתי להשתמש כלל בשירות. נתון זה שהכתבות כבר בשימוש ומי ש משתמש בכתובת דינמיות חסום לא נאמר לי ולא הועלה בעת המכירה. מה שקורה שבכל אתר שאני רוצה להשתמש בו אני חסום ולא יכול להשתמש. דברתי עם מספר חברים שיש להם מודמים כאלה כבר ז...
