Ok soo you cant empty your trash what to do
1)Run Terminal
2)sudo su
3)Get in to /.local/share/Trash/files/
4)cd /.local/share/Trash/files/
5)and then hehehehe rm -rf *.* or replace *.* withe the file name

Get in to your Home folder and click on view and show hidden files the you can find .local
